Returns & Exchanges

At Uoozee Official, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Uoozee account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
